A chicken coop as an incubator for young professional livelihoods? This is the reality at Anistémi College where we have set up a chicken coop that now has 75 chickens. A chicken coop as an incubator for young professional livelihoods? This is the reality at Anistémi College where we have set up a chicken coop that now has 75 chickens. The income from the sale of the eggs directly benefits the children and young people of Anistémi College. The Helfende Hen project has already generated a return of €1,500 per year - and the trend is rising. €1,500 may not sound like much, but in Namibia it is enough to feed 60 people for a month. Help us to expand the chicken coop and double this amount. We will make sure that the benefits for the children and young people supported Anistémi College are multiplied!

You can help by sponsoring a hen for 6 or 12 months. You donation will be used immediately to expand the hen enclosure and care for your sponsored hen.
It just costs €15 (approximately N$250) per 6 months or €29 (approximately $490) per 12 months.

Your support is guaranteed to be used as promised. In fact, you can see with your own eyes. With your donation you will sponsor one of our helping hens - and you can look over her shoulder once a week during her egg laying via webcam. The camera is available on Fridays from 12h00 to 17h00 on the free-range hen enclosure. Please contact us for more information on how to access the webcam.
